Introduction
The healthcare system in United Kingdom, National Health Service was developed after the Second world war and functional in 1948. It is the legacy of Aneurin Bevan, former minor who later became a politician and then the minister of health proposed to the parliament in the 1942, a Beveridge Report on social insurance and allied services. He established the NHS, according to the principles of equality, universality, and free at the point of delivery. The national health in the United Kingdom has evolved to become one of the largest healthcare systems in the world. At the time of writing of this review, The UK Government has announced that policy on how it will construct a more responsive patience-centred NHS which produces outcome that are among the finest in the world. Minister for Health and Social Care
The Minister for Health and Social Care announced the establishment of Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW), with the objective of strengthening governance and accountability. The objective was both in terms of relationship with other NHS Wales organization and powerful leadership and oversight.
There are a total of 15 members in DHCW board. It consists of; 7 Independent Members, 5 Executive Directors and 3 Associate members. Darling, Executive Director of Strategy I. Evans, Associate member A. Fetcher and many more conduct meetings to upgrade this sector.
