North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has arrived in in Eastern Russia via train . He spent the day with Regional leaders , it had an expected meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin . It’s not clear just yet exactly when those two will meet face to face .
American officials say the two countries could be working on an arms deal in which North Korea would provide Russia with Munitions for its war in Ukraine in exchange for economic and other military aid .

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his North Korean counterpart Kim Jong Un hold talks in Russian far eastern city of Vladivostok. It is their second meeting since Kim came to power and only second Kim’s visit to Russia. This will be the Putin’s first meeting with Kim since 2019 and comes at a time when both North Korea and Russia are locked in standoffs with the west.
